Are you an HR leader who’s ready to make an impact? Do you thrive on combining strategic thinking with hands-on work that drives business growth? We’re looking for an energized and dynamic HR Director to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be a true partner to our SVP Commercial and work closely with the commercial team 50% of your time, helping shape the people strategy that fuels our business success. The other 50% you’ll be leading central HR initiatives, with a focus on competence development, leadership growth, and exciting global projects that build the future of our company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Partnering (50%)

  • Partner with our SVP Commercial and commercial leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate and drive the global people agenda within Commercial alongside the business leader, focusing on strategic HR topics:
    • Workforce planning
    • Talent management
    • Employee engagement and culture
    • Leadership development
    • HR metrics
    • Change management
  • Coordinate the functional HR team
  • Support Corporate Functions at headquarters

Central HR (50%)

  • Define and implement a strategic Learning & Development roadmap that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of global talent development and leadership programs to ensure a strong pipeline of leaders.
  • Drive competency development initiatives across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage and execute key global HR projects that align with our overall strategic HR objectives, ensuring effective communication and implementation across regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR, with a proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner, ideally within a commercial or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong experience in talent and leadership development and general competence development, with an ability to design and implement global programs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a capacity to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
