As Thule expands its direct-to-consumer presence in Australia, we’re looking for a Digital Sales Specialist - Australia who will play a central role in establishing and accelerating our online performance.
In the role as Digital Sales Specialist - Australia, you will be responsible for driving and developing online sales across Thule’s digital sales channels in the Australian market - including Thule.com, marketplaces, and key digital marketing platforms.
You will work closely with our global E-commerce, Marketing, and Online Solutions teams, to ensure that campaigns, content, and digital experiences are optimized for the local market. You’ll take the lead in shaping commercial plans, analyzing performance, and identifying the initiatives that will strengthen our presence in Australia now that Thule has transitioned from a distributor model to a fully owned commercial setup.

This role reports to the Commercial Director DTC and is based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a strong foundation in e-commerce and digital marketing, with some years’ experience operationally driving online sales and channel performance. You are used to working in fast-moving environments where you take ownership, prioritize effectively, and translate commercial goals into impactful digital activities.
You likely have a degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, or a related field, and you are confident working hands-on across key digital tools and platforms such as CRM, CMS, PIM, Adobe Analytics, Qlik Sense, or similar. You know how to interpret data, turn insights into action, and continuously optimize the customer journey.
In addition, we believe that you have demonstrated experience in developing and executing localized digital campaigns that support both brand positioning and commercial objectives. You’re comfortable coordinating content, managing product visibility, and ensuring that the online experience resonates with the local market while remaining aligned with our global brand.
Above all, you are proactive, structured, and commercially driven - someone who identifies opportunities, brings recommendations forward, and collaborates effectively with both local and global teams to deliver results.
