About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled PIM Administrator to manage and maintain our Product Information Management (PIM) system. The PIM Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that product information is accurate, complete, and up to date in the system, and is easily accessible by other teams within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing large volumes of data and has a strong understanding of PIM systems.  

Your responsibilities will include 

• Manage and maintain the PIM system to ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product data is consistent and standardized across all channels.
• Create and maintain product attributes, categories, and hierarchies within the PIM system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to the PIM system, and work with IT to resolve any technical issues.
• Provide training and support to other teams within the organization on how to use the PIM system effectively. 

Your profile

To be successful in this position, we believe that you: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in managing and maintaining a PIM system. 
• Strong technical skills, including experience with PIM systems, SQL, and data management. 
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• In addition you should: 
• Experience with PIM systems such as Salsify, Akeneo, or Stibo Step is highly preferred. 
• Knowledge of data modeling, taxonomy, and product data enrichment. 
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces is a plus. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
