Office location: Piła and Huta Szklana

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects both in Huta Szklana and Piła. A successful candidate will be mainly based in Piła though as that is where he/she will spend a greater part of their work week.

Primary job functions:

This role is critical to the introduction of new products and processes into production of our premium quality sports equipment and outdoor activity accessories.

As an experienced Project Manager you will serve as a key point of contact for the Design departments based in Sweden and Belgium and will ensure that your projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Moreover successful candidates will coordinate work of other functional units such as R&D, local design team, production and logistics departments and lead them towards the achievement of desired goals.  Technical background will be essential when taking part in creating premises for the new production equipment as well as building its ergonomic and safety requirements. In this role you will also be required to monitor and document each stage of the project life cycle.

Desired skills and qualities:

Ideal candidates should be independent and highly committed to task completion. Qualities such as good communicating skills, ability to work as a team member and practical approach to problem solving are essential when holding this position. What is more at least 3 years' professional experience in the field of Project Management are needed for the job. A science degree, knowledge of the APQP system and a B2 level command of the English language are also required. A postgraduate diploma in project management and knowledge of the CAD 2D software will be advantageous. A valid driving license is a must.
