Do you have a deep understanding of consumer journeys and a talent for crafting content that captivates and converts? Are you eager to shape and sustain impactful messaging on a global stage? If you’re passionate about an active lifestyle and ready to make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In the role as Global Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our digital presence and driving growth. Based within the Global Brand Marketing Communication team, you’ll focus on strengthening Thule and our global reach by developing and optimizing content that engages consumers and boosts organic growth.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of graphic designers and content creators, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure compelling, high-performing content across Thule.com and various marketing platforms.
Your work will span editorial planning, campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis, all with the goal of enhancing the consumer journey and driving conversions. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing Communications, you’ll also contribute to the marketing and activity plan, ensuring a strategic and cohesive content approach across all channels.
To be successful in the role as Global Content Marketing Manager, we believe that you have a proven track record of managing and implementing content on a multilingual scale, ensuring consistency and impact across markets. You bring an editorial mindset, crafting content that resonates with our audience while optimizing for conversion.
Organized and structured, you take a proactive approach while keeping business goals in focus. Your strong leadership skills, professional efficiency, and ability to build trust make you an effective communicator and team player.
In addition, we believe that you hold a bachelor's degree in marketing communications, publishing, journalism, or a related field. You have extensive experience in content creation, editorial planning, and content analysis.
As a pragmatic and hands-on problem solver, you thrive in an agile environment, managing projects efficiently within a global organization.
At Thule, we believe in strong team work both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another.
Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
