What you’ll do at Thule

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing the financial reporting and operational controlling for Thule Sweden AB. This includes preparing financial statements, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting day-to-day finance activities that keep our business running smoothly.

In addition to core controlling responsibilities, you will also be involved in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) projects, collaborating closely with colleagues in Business Application and Sales. Your focus will include overseeing payment procedures and ensuring a secure, efficient payment flow in a fast-moving, digital environment.

You will be part of a collaborative finance team that includes other financial controllers, accountants, and VAT specialists. Together, you’ll work to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in how we operate.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and solid experience in both financial statement reporting and operational financial controlling. You’re confident working with ERP systems and financial tools, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with tools like M3, AARO, QlikView or similar.

Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, as you'll operate in an international context.

As a person, you're a doer - someone who takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems. You’re highly structured, detail-oriented, and know how to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
