We are now looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Hillerstorp for a summer temporary assignment.

 

What you’ll do at Thule

To be successful in this role, we believe you have university studies in administration, business, marketing or similar, or relevant work experience within B2B customer service, coordination or order management.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and feel comfortable communicating professionally with different stakeholders in an international setting.

With a strong service mindset and positive attitude, you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and take pride in delivering high-quality support. At the same time, you are structured and solution-oriented, able to handle multiple parallel tasks and more complex cases in an efficient manner.

You remain calm under pressure, enjoy problem-solving and take ownership of your responsibilities. As a person, you are responsible, collaborative and eager to learn. You contribute to a positive team environment and are ready to support colleagues when needed. Most importantly, you are motivated by working closely with business customers and contributing to continuous improvement in a dynamic B2B environment.
