Are you studying and eager to explore how your knowledge can be applied in real life? Do you want to be part of a global company, work alongside experienced colleagues, and contribute with your own ideas in a thesis project? If so, Thule could be the perfect place for you.
As a Thesis Worker at Thule, you’ll join our Product Development organization, where innovation, sustainability, and user experience are at the center of everything we do. Depending on your interests and field of study, your thesis can focus on areas such as testing, simulation, embedded systems, mechanical design engineering, materials or concept development.
You’ll get the chance to collaborate closely with our engineers and specialists, gaining hands-on insights into how ideas move from theory to real products. A thesis with us is not only about solving a challenge — it’s about learning, sharing your perspective, and making a real contribution.
We believe you’re a student in the final stages of your bachelor’s or master’s degree, curious and proactive with a genuine interest in product development. You thrive when working with others but can also drive your work forward independently.
To succeed with your thesis at Thule, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and a willingness to try new approaches. Good communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude will also help you get the most out of your time with us.
At Thule, we have a long tradition of welcoming students and collaborating with universities. Many graduates who started with us as thesis workers have continued into exciting full-time roles at Thule. Your thesis could be the start of your own career journey here.
You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about our products, our brand, and the outdoors. We value teamwork, openness, and curiosity — and we believe that work should be both meaningful and fun.
Apply by submitting your application on our Thule Career Site. The application deadline is November 30, 2025, with projects starting in January 2026 or as agreed.
Please don’t wait to show your interest until the last application date as interviews are held continuously during the process, and the positions might be filled before the deadline. Please note that we do not accept applications by e-mail.
