Bring Your Life

Are you fascinated by how great email experiences can drive engagement and strengthen customer relationships? Do you thrive at the intersection of the technical and operational side of marketing, while keeping a sharp eye for clear, effective content? If so, this could be the role for you.

Join our Global Digital Marketing team at Thule, where you’ll work hands-on to build and optimize the email communications that connect with customers around the world.

What you’ll do at Thule

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will take responsibility for the technical setup, execution, and continuous optimization of our email campaigns and automated customer journeys.

Working closely with editors, brand teams, and CRM specialists, you will ensure that provided content is implemented correctly, flows smoothly through the customer journey, and contributes to a consistent, user-friendly experience across markets. You will monitor performance, test and refine journey logic, and provide insights that help improve how we communicate with customers globally.

In addition, your responsibilities will also include:

  • Building and deploying newsletters and automated flows with correct segmentation, tagging, and technical setup.
  • Monitoring performance, running tests, and translating insights into improvements.
  • Reviewing provided assets and collaborating with editors to ensure clarity, structure, and a strong user experience.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, you have some years of experience working with marketing automation platforms such as BloomReach, HubSpot, Emarsys, or Klaviyo, and feel confident navigating email logic, segmentation, and performance metrics.

Designing customer journeys and translating insights into improvements will be part of your daily work. You enjoy working closely with editors and brand teams to ensure that content is clear, structured, and easy for users to engage with, even if you’re not the one creating it.

Collaboration across functions, clear communication, and a balance between technical execution and content-aware decision-making are essential. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by building structure and continuously improving how things work.

You will also bring:

  • Hands-on experience with automation logic, segmentation, and email execution.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
