We're looking for a goal-driven, organized Sales Representative who can build strong customer relationships and, together with the Norwegian Thule team, grow the brand in the Norwegian market.
The person will focus on building and maintaining Thule's sales and relationships within the Norwegian Automotive, Bike & Sport, and Outdoor distribution channels. The customer base consists of large retail chains, national distributors, and smaller specialized retailers. A large variety of product categories is distributed through these sales channels, including roof racks, roof boxes, bike carriers, winter & watersport carriers, as well as multisport trailers, roof top tents, backpacks, and child bike seats.
The position is planned to be 20% home office and 80% travelling, preferably located in the Oslo region. The company's headquarters are in Malmö, Sweden.

Main tasks & responsibilities:
Become the Thule brand & product expert in the market.
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
Actively follow up with retailers on product presentation & knowledge, including onsite training and “train the trainer” programs.
Research and suggest solutions that meet customer’s requests and needs.
Organize and actively engage in events for both customers and consumers.
Serve as the main contact point for customers and internal teams.
Research and source new potential customers.
Roll out merchandising & display programs and ensure optimal Thule presentation (instore/online).
Skills / education:
Self-starter / self-driven personality.
Proven track record in sales and used to business travelling.
Structured working methods, yet uncomplicated approach.
Relationship builder.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and stay flexible.
Problem-solving attitude.
Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral) and English (oral and written).
Minimum bachelor degree (or min. 5 years of experience in related position)
Driving license (B)
The person will also serve as support for all Thule categories within the relevant sales channels in Norway and will maintain close contacts with Sales Responsible persons in the Nordic region.
