In the role as Product Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our global product portfolio, ensuring its success across relevant markets, and driving profitable sales growth. You will play a key role in shaping product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategies while leading go-to-market initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing Communications, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution. With P&L responsibility, you will develop and implement strategic plans, analyze market trends, and optimize product performance.
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing competitive briefs with strategic recommendations. You will own product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategies while partnering with Product Development to ensure alignment on priorities and resources.
Additionally, you will lead the execution of go-to-market strategies, develop marketing materials, and support key trade shows and sales meetings. You will report to the Director Category Management and be a part of the global product leadership team.
