The Customer Service Department is a part of Thule’s Supply Chain and plays a very important role as a link between our Customers and Thule organization. Entering and dispatching orders as well as building tight relationship with Customers is a vital part of the job. Customer Service Team is responsible for end-to-end process with constant contact with different departments of the company, such as Sales, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Distribution, and Finance to make sure that we provide the best in class service to our Customers.
If you have a deep commitment to deliver outstanding service to Customers, are equipped in excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills, have natural drive to take responsibility for processes, coordinate and develop team this is an exciting opportunity for you.
In this role you will be the teamleader for a team of total 4 persons including yourself. You will work with the daily tasks and be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of own customers, and also be the coordinator for the team in relation to other departments, customers and other questions that the team is responsible for. Your team is a part of the Customer Service team in Hillerstorp and is responsible for a specific part of our customer base.
To be successful in this role you have an experience from similar role coordinating processes within Customer Service teams, are great team player, enjoy working with consumer products and love to interact with others. Experience from working with automotive industry is a merit. You are fluent in Swedish and English (both speaking and writing). Speaking French or German is a merit.
