Bring your life

Are you passionate about building modern, user-friendly web solutions and integrating systems in a global digital ecosystem? Do you thrive in a collaborative setting where your ideas shape both code and ways of working? Join our expanding web development team, still in its early stages, and play a key role in shaping Thule’s online presence across B2B and DTC channels.

What you’ll do at Thule

As a Fullstack Web Developer, you’ll work hands-on with the development and maintenance of Thule’s external websites and their supporting services. You’ll be part of a growing internal team focused on building scalable, cloud-based web solutions that connect our brand with customers, partners, and retailers around the world.

Your work will include both new development and continuous improvement of distributed systems built on modern technologies like C#, .NET Core, React, and GraphQL. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including UX/UI, Online Solutions, and Content – to align user experience, performance, and technical excellence across all touchpoints.

In addition, you’ll be part of defining how we work, contributing not just with code but also with ideas, structure, and best practices.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a few years of hands-on experience in web development and are confident working with a modern tech stack. You’re fluent in C#, .NET Core, and React, and ideally have experience with JavaScript, GraphQL, Azure, and Kubernetes. You understand the complexities of working with cloud-based, distributed systems and are comfortable building integrations between platforms and services.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and you enjoy solving complex problems with a structured, methodical approach. You’re a team player who values alignment and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

Most importantly, you’re motivated by building great digital experiences and want to help shape the future of our internal web development team from the ground up.

Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for this role.

Why you should join Thule

At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another.

Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values, and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
