Location: Hillerstorp or Malmö, Sverige
Are you ready to lead financial reporting and process optimization for some of Thule’s Nordic entities? Do you want to manage a team while optimizing processes and embracing digital transformation in a dynamic, hands-on finance role? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Come and join our dynamic financial team, where skilled professionals work collaboratively to support Thule’s operations. With a slightly new setup in our financial department, we are in an exciting phase of optimizing and streamlining our processes, creating opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
In the role as Manager Business Services, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for some companies and legal entities within the Thule Group in Sweden and Denmark. This includes overseeing tasks such as bookkeeping, financial closing, tax reporting, VAT submissions, and the preparation of annual reports.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage a team of two direct reports, providing guidance and direction while also driving structure, improvement, and process enhancements across the finance function. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will focus on optimizing processes to increase efficiency and advancing the digitalization and quality of our work.
You will work with a range of tools such as QlikView and M3 to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports. Your role will ensure that we continue to streamline operations, adopt best practices, and maintain high-quality standards across our finance processes.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong financial background, with extensive experience in accounting, including areas such as annual reports, tax filings, VAT reporting, and financial closings. You also hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and have fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in a leadership role, ideally as a manager. Experience in handling financial tasks within a company with multiple legal entities will be highly valuable.
Given the focus on improving processes and driving change, we expect you to be structured, adaptable, and open to managing a wide range of tasks. Your ability to balance competing priorities and drive continuous improvement will be key in this role.
At Thule, we believe in strong team work both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another. Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
