About the role

As the Project Leader for Launches and Campaigns, you will be a pivotal force in driving the successful introduction of our products to the market through cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Your role is essential in coordinating and aligning information and content from various teams, including Product Management, Regional Sales & Marketing and the Online Solutions team to ensure that the Global Brand Communications Team execute and deliver product launches and campaigns seamlessly and on time. Your leadership, project management skills, and ability to align cross-functional teams will be instrumental in achieving our business goals. You will report to the Global VP Brand at Thule Group and the Global PR Director, the Global Marketing Communications Director, the Global Ambassador and Social Media Manager and the Project Manager for Photo and Film production will be your closest colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment among Global Brand Communications, Product Management, Regional Sales & Marketing and the Online Solutions teams.

  • Alignment of Information and Content:

Work closely with the different teams to ensure that messaging, content, and information are consistent and aligned with the brand strategy and facilitate the flow of information to support effective campaign execution.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Build strong relationships between the different teams across the organization and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on campaign objectives, messaging and execution.

  • Timeline Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables for each product launch and campaign.

  • Quality Assurance:

Your role is essential in ensuring the successful implementation and activation of the global product launches and campaigns at the regional and local level. You will coordinate efforts to drive consistency, engagement, and effective execution of campaigns across different markets by securing that all launch and campaign content packages produced by the global brand communication team are distributed and presented in time.

  • Problem Solving:

Address challenges that may arise during project execution and provide creative solutions to keep projects moving forward. Maintain a proactive approach to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Performance Analysis:

Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of product launches and campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

  • Risk Management:

Identify potential risks to project delivery and develop contingency plans. Proactively mitigate risks and adapt strategies as needed to ensure the successful and timely completion of all projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, product launches, campaign coordination, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and marketing principles
  • Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project delivery on time
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive campaign improvements
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality results
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward the successful delivery of projects
