Your Role as Chief Engineer
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the technical mastermind behind the scenes, leading the design engineering team through both new product development and product updates. You will own the technical responsibility for the products, ensuring excellence in every aspect—mechanical performance, cost-effectiveness, appearance, and compliance. With our state-of-the-art prototype workshop and world-class test center, you’ll have everything you need to create, test, and refine breakthrough solutions.

But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also be planning and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across industrial design, testing, production, purchasing, and more. Your expertise will be key to our continued success.

What You Bring
To thrive in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’re looking for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. You’re not just a problem solver—you’re a visionary who takes ownership and drives projects forward. Your background includes:

• An academic degree in engineering and at least five years of experience in design engineering or product development for mass-produced products.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to success in daily tasks.
• Solid 3D-CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and PDM-system competence, along with a hands-on approach that takes full advantage of our cutting-edge workshop.
• Fluency in English, as it is the language of our daily communication and at least elementary knowledge in the Swedish language.
