Bring your life

Are you passionate about delivering great customer experiences and building strong, long-term relationships? Do you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and being a key point of contact in a growing and dynamic organization?

As Thule continues to strengthen its presence in Australia, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative - Australia who will play an important role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth, high-quality service across the entire order-to-delivery journey.

What you’ll do at Thule

In the role of Customer Service Representative - Australia, you will support our customers in the Australian market, taking end-to-end ownership of the order process from entry to dispatch. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and a consistently high level of service.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams, contributing to strong collaboration and continuous improvement as Thule continues to grow its direct presence in Australia.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries, managing returns, placing orders, and resolving issues end-to-end, including providing technical support when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order data, monitoring KPIs, and sharing relevant insights with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge, proactively informing customers of updates, and contributing to improved ways of working across teams.

This role reports to the Director Customer Service and is based in Melbourne.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have experience working in customer service within a B2B environment and enjoy taking ownership in a role where service quality and relationship-building are equally important. You likely have university studies in business, marketing, or a related field, and experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and following customer issues through to resolution. You communicate clearly and professionally, adapt well to change, and collaborate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

We also believe that you:

  • Are fluent in English and confident in both written and verbal communication.
  • Are service-minded, proactive, and motivated by delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Are eager to learn, develop your product knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Why you should join Thule

At Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team but also across functions. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another.

Within Thule you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values, and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
