Production Manager to Thule Group in Hillerstorp

For our facility in Hillerstorp we are looking for a successful and dynamic Production Manager who will lead, inspire and develop our employees in our production.
In Hillerstorp we assemble the roof racks that have become synonymous with Thule's strong global brand. We are continuously investing strategically to expand our operations. As our new production manager you will be an important person in this challenging change process.

Your task will be to lead and develop employees towards new, ambitious targets. You will get the opportunity to create a strong department in cooperation with your team leaders. The challenge is multifaceted. Together with your employees, you are expected to meet high delivery requirements in a segment with strong seasonal fluctuations, in parallel with the implementation of a new generation of products. Therefore, you also have an important mission in continuing to build a positive culture and team spirit based on participation and involvement. You run the department's ongoing continuous improvement efforts, as well as evaluate and develop processes towards a standardized and efficient way of working. As Production Manager you have a number of supervisors under you and are a part of the factory's management team. You report to our Factory Manager.

You are focused and result-oriented. We prefer that you have experience from working with the Lean-philosophy and a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Good knowledge of the MS Office suit is a must, as well as a good level of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
