Customer Coordinator - Danish speaking

In this role you are the link between Thule and our customers and your main task is to serve our customers with the information they may need, e.g about products, delivery times, technical advises and/or claim management. Your focus is a professional response on time, a high level of service and the goal of both maintaining and developing existing and new customer relations.

We trust you have a high working capacity and ability to perform under stress. To be successful in the role you also need to be a service minded, action oriented, enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated person with a strong personal drive.

You have an academical degree within business, marketing or logistics or a longer comparable working experience. Experience from using ERP-systems, Microsoft Office 365 is required as well as fluency in Danish and English, both speaking, reading and writing. If you have knowledge of more languages such as German, French, Norwegian, or Finnish, this is considered highly appreciated.
