To meet our customers' demands for future products, we are now establishing a new area in electronics and electromechanical. We are looking for someone who wants to participate in a challenging and exciting journey by building up and defining a new area from scratch. Your role at Thule Group
Your role will be to participate in product development while building up a strategy for how we as a company in the best way buy and integrate solutions and components in electronics. Because this area is new to Thule Group, we need to find a balance between external partners and internal competence building. Here you get a central role with great opportunities to both define the current structure and also sketch on a future vision.

Your background and profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and product development, but at the same time is driven by the opportunity to work with strategic issues. You have broad competence with the ability to look at the whole picture. You have an academic degree in electronics with several years of relevant experience.

It is of the utmost importance that you have very good knowledge in product development and we believe that good understanding in areas such as regulatory approvals and volume production of electronics is central to success.

The work will involve many contact areas, both with external partners as well as people internally at Thule Group. Your role will be unique and you must at the same time be prepared to largely drive your work independently and have the ability to put your own agenda.
