HR Generalist Operations to Thule Group in Hillerstorp

In Hillerstorp we assemble the roof racks that have become synonymous with Thule's strong global brand. We are continuously investing strategically in both new machinery and competence to expand and improve our operations. 

To further support this journey we need to add a HR Generalist to support our local Operations  in Hillerstorp.

As HR Generalist you will work in a fast paced and improvement-oriented production environment. Your main task will be to provide hands-on HR service and support, within areas such as recruitment, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, payroll towards employees. In this position you are expected to have the ear to the ground - acting proactively to encourage a brave and mature leadership that secures an attractive work climate where know-how is shared and where our employees continue to grow.

We believe that our ideal candidate is a solid, curious and pro-active team player, with a strong self-drive combined with a structured, professional approach and high level of integrity. Ability to easily communicate, good problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a cooperative mindset are other key ingredients in your personal profile. Experience from collective bargain agreements towards both blue and white collar workers is a must, preferably Teknikavtalet. In addition you need to be fluent in Swedish and English and hold skills within the MS Office package, especially Excel. Experience and good knowledge from the HR system Agda is advantageous. You have a university degree in Humans Resource Management and couple of years’ experience from hands-on HR.
