Thule Group is now looking for a Structural Analyst, to strengthen our Simulation team within R&D.
The position is based at our Global Product Development Center in Hillerstorp (preferably) or at our newly opened R&D branch in Malmö.
If you are based in Malmö you are expected to regularly spend time at our site in Hillerstorp.

As a Structural Analyst at Thule, you will support the product development departments within the Thule Group with advanced structural simulations for projects involving Thule's own brands as well as many of the world's leading automotive brands. You will work in a project-oriented organization with tasks ranging from simple static linear analyzes to more advanced non-linear dynamic analyzes. We use some of the market's most common commercial calculation software, LS-PrePost, ANSA, LS-DYNA, MetaPost, MATLAB and Moldex3D.

Your profile:
We are looking for someone with a MSc in engineering and a few years of work experience from a similar position, preferably with experience from the automotive industry and/or working with consumer products. You are attracted by the opportunity to continue your career within the field of product development. We especially appreciate your attention to detail and your ability to explain complex technical terms to the people around you. You are a curious person, always keen to take on, and solve, technical challenges together with others. Good knowledge in both Swedish and English is required in this position.

About our Global Product Development Department
Globally we are over 250 engineers out of the majority is working in our Global Product Development Center in Hillerstorp (Sweden). Our cross functional team consists of highly skilled and motivated members with a well-balanced variety of experiences. We are a truly global company with an international and multi-cultural team.
