To exceed the expectations of our active consumers and meet the demands of a changing retail environment, Thule is now building a stronger team within the Regional head office for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia/Pacific in Malmö, Sweden. With more new products and categories coming to market in the near future we are accelerating our Sales&Marketing efforts in multiple channels and we need to manage pricing, analyze sales figures and tracking sales development with structured frequent reporting.
We are now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Regional Sales&Marketing team at the regional head office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a growth journey in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
About the role
In the role as a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role within the Sales&Marketing team in Region Europe and Rest of World. We are seeking an individual with an understanding and experience from working within a sales department and with strong analytical skills and attention to details.
You will be responsible for creating and managing price lists for the different product categories as well as analyzing sales figures and tracking sales development. You will manage sales reports for the different regions as well as be involved in providing input for sales forecasting. On a yearly basis you support the sales team with templates and content for sales plans and budgeting.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, we believe you have an academic degree within business administration or similar. You are a well-structured, highly driven, and self-motivated team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are versatile with figures and data as well as having excellent skills in Excel. You pay attention to details and are able to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
