What you´ll do at Thule

In the role as Business Controller - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for supporting the financial management of the supply chain function. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. 

You will work closely with supply chain operations, procurement and logistics teams, to ensure that financial resources are optimized and enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.

In addition, the role will also include tasks and responsibilities such as:

  • Act as a finance business partner to the supply chain function, providing financial support and guidance for key decisions.
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and other reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reviews for supply chain performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and executive leadership teams.
  • Support audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies.

What you bring

To be successful in the role as Business Controller – Supply Chain, we believe that you have a strong financial background and a deep understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. With at least two years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or accounting—ideally within a supply chain or manufacturing environment—you have developed a keen ability to drive cost optimization and improve financial performance.

Your proficiency in ERP systems, such as M3, and advanced Excel skills enable you to analyze and interpret complex financial data effectively. Experience with analytical tools like PowerBI or QlikSense is an advantage, helping you transform data into valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.

You are detail-oriented and proactive, you thrive on solving financial challenges and ensuring accuracy in reporting. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate cross-functionally, influencing key stakeholders and driving financial efficiency across the organization.
