The Graduate Program is a 9 month long initiative with the aim of preparing you for different roles within our product development organization, such as design engineering, prototyping, project management, testing and product compliance engineering.

What you´ll do at Thule

In the role as Graduate Associate, you will from day one be employed in a junior role within one of our teams. This program gives you the opportunity to get to know our organization and culture while embarking on an exciting and challenging journey. 

You will develop your skills quickly and gain insights into every stage of our product development process. Throughout the program, you will regularly connect with passionate colleagues at Thule and fellow participants, sharing knowledge and building a strong professional network—while also making new friends along the way.

What you bring

To be successful in the role as Graduate Associate, we believe that you are currently studying an Academic Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. In addition, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who is generous in sharing knowledge and eager to learn from others. You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
