Are you ready to take the lead in managing treasury reporting and driving forward smart, efficient cash management solutions in a global environment? Do you have a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and a drive to improve processes through digital tools and collaboration? If so, this could be the next exciting step in your career.
Come and join our Group Treasury team at Thule, where treasury plays a key role in securing financial stability and supporting our international operations. As we continue to evolve our treasury function, you’ll be part of an environment that values ownership, development, and continuous improvement.
In the role as Treasury Controller, you will take on a central role in overseeing a range of treasury-related responsibilities with a strong focus on reporting, analysis, and process development. You’ll be responsible for preparing and analyzing treasury reports across multiple areas, including liquidity and cash management, internal and external financing, and financial risk management.
Your role includes the accounting of treasury activities during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality, accurate reporting. It also includes reporting of budget and year-end forecasts for treasury activities. You will consolidate and analyze the Group’s liquidity forecasts, improving cash positioning and liquidity across multiple cash pools and currencies.
In addition, you’ll manage and develop our cash management setup for Thule Group and its subsidiaries, focusing on effective and scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the setup and continuous improvement of our Treasury Management System, ensuring its optimal use in all treasury processes.
You will work closely with colleagues across departments and regions, and support treasury in compliance and back-office activities.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a few years of experience working within a corporate treasury function, preferably in an international environment. Experience in the banking sector is also considered a strong merit, as well as having experience in any Treasury Management System.
You have solid knowledge in accounting, especially relating to financial activities, and are comfortable navigating treasury systems and Excel-based analysis.
As a person, you are analytical, organized, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new tools and processes. You take strong ownership of your work and are motivated by delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Collaboration is key in this role, so we’re looking for a true team player - someone who values open communication, knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional teamwork. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required for this position.
At Thule, we believe in strong team work both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another. Within Thule Group you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.
