What you will do at Thule
In the role as Commercial Director Australia your overarching responsibility is to lead and coach the country sales and marketing teams to achieve long term success with topline growth and profitability. You are responsible for delivering brand and financial growth in the region in line with our overall company goals. You are also responsible for optimizing distribution and expanding key channels including Bike, Automotive, Juvenile, Outdoor/Sport, Luggage. You are expected to expand the Direct To Consumer footprint, digital as well as with Thule stores.
In addition, you will also focus on
The position will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney with frequent travels to the other location.
What you bring
To be successful in the role as Commercial Director Australia we believe that you have extensive knowledge in key account management, independent retailer expansion and leadership. You have extensive experience of Sales Management for either Sports, Outdoor, Fashion or SMCG, in addition experience from the Bike Channel would have extra weight.
