What you’ll do at Thule

As a Consumer Service Agent, you will support both existing and potential customers by providing clear and accurate guidance about our products, purchases, and e-commerce platforms. Your work will involve handling inquiries throughout our ticketing systems, ensuring thoughtful follow-up, and communicating in a way that reflects our brand values.

You will also collaborate daily with a dedicated and passionate team, contributing to a positive customer experience during our busy summer season. Your ability to stay calm, structured, and solution-oriented will be essential in a role that requires both service-mindedness and attention to detail.

 

What you bring

We believe you are a positive, curious, and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. You communicate clearly, remain composed even during high-volume periods, and enjoy working in a structured and collaborative environment.

To succeed, you should be comfortable working in English, and it is beneficial if you also speak German, Dutch, or French. It is also an advantage if you have a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar areas, as well as some previous experience from consumer service. Particularly within consumer goods. 

Familiarity with ERP systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office 365 is helpful, but most importantly, you bring a strong personal drive, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Hiring Process

We are hiring a couple of Consumer Service Agents for the summer season. The positions are based in Malmö, Sweden, and includes part-time contracts during April-May and full-time contracts from June through August.
